Unless specified in the terms and conditions of your contract or agreed with your Account Manager, only items with a manufacturing fault are accepted for return.Learn more
If your return is agreed, please send the item back and we will inspect it and notify you. Your account will be issued with a credit note once the return has been approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items unless otherwise agreed with your Account Manager. Shipping costs are non refundable.
